In - store Drop Repair
- For small appliance, you can simply drop your item to claim in any Power Buy stores. This service includes online purchase.
- Every item purchased from Power Buy has manufacturer warranty in specific criteria and period. However, it depends on each brand’s policy. Please ask store staff or call 1324 if you have inquiry about brand’s warranty
- If you purchase extended warranty from Power Buy, please contact 1324 for more information on how to claims. Or, you can claim your item in any Power Buy stores.
- We welcome to repair your defected item regardless where you buy from and regardless type of appliance. Please visit our store and bring along your item or call us 1324 to request home service checkup if it’s major appliance.

Air-Conditioner Repair within 24 Hours
- Onsite air-con repair at home
- The fee starts at 700 THB per unit
- Please contact our Call Center 1324 to schedule the date and time of the service.
- The service is available on Monday – Saturday.

- The service comes with a 90-day warranty.

Terms and Conditions
Customers can schedule the date and time of the service by contacting our Call Center at 1324 during 08:00-22:00 seven days a week including public holidays. Customers can also request the service at any Power Buy store, call our call center or email us at [email protected]. We will record the request as well as the customer’s address into the system and call to confirm the schedule.
Remark:
- Customers can pay the fee to our technicians after the repair is complete.
- This service is available within Bangkok and perimeter area only.
Air-Con Repair Fee
The fee starts at 700 THB per unit excluding transportation fee of 250 THB within Bangkok and perimeter area only. The service is available on Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays. (The fee excludes main spare parts such as a cooling coil, compressor, refrigerant and electronic board.)
Remark : Out of service zone: danger zone or inaccessible by van.
Working Procedure and Exceptions
Air-Con Repair Service
- Check the air-con’s in-room temperature
- Check the bearing lubrication of the fan (indoor and outdoor units)
- Clean the condenser coil (outdoor unit)
- Check the cooling coil’s temperature and the electric system
- Check the air-con’s refrigerant level
Remark:
- No service for a 4-way system air-con or air-cooled chiller
Air-Con Repair Fee
Remark : The fee excludes main parts (condensing coil, remote and compressor unit.).
