Exchange, Return and Refund

Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy

  • Return or Refund  or Exchange with no surcharge are allowed within 7 working days after receipt of the product.
  • Exchange is allowed for products sold by Power Buy Shop only.
  • The company reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return or refund after that period.
  • Customers are required to return their product in the original condition with its original package, labels, and other associated items received along with a proof of purchase. For electronics products, seals / boxes cannot be broken.
  • For a large item requiring installation such as an air-conditioner, refrigerator, and washing machine, of which defects are found within 7 days, Power Buy will send a technician to evaluate the problem. If the problem is manufacturing defect, the company will proceed the claiming for customers.
  • The company reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement.
  • The company reserves the right to exchange merchandise under the company’s conditions and policy only.
  • Company reserves right to not refund or return for product price ending with 4 or any clearance promotion items.

Return  or Refund or Exchange are allowed for the following cases:

  • A faulty item in size or wrong model.
  • A defective, damaged or nonfunctional item due to manufacturing defect or delivery mishandling.
  • Missing parts or incomplete package.

How to process the return/refund

For Products sold by Powerbuy Shop.

  • You can Contact Power Buy Call Center at 1324 or send an email to [email protected]
    • Our Call Center agent will assist you to process the return. Our call center agent will assess if your return is accepted as per the conditions above, and you will be requested to send a proof / picture of your product. If your return is accepted, your item will be picked up at your front door by our delivery partner.
  • You can also return the product directly in Power Buy store.
  • In case of credit card payment, a refund will be initiated to the credit card within 30 business days after receiving a confirmation from Power Buy. However, this may vary by the credit card billing date of customers.
  • In case of payment via internet banking, ATM, bank counter, or COD, a refund will be initiated to the bank account within 30 business days after receiving a confirmation from Power Buy.
For Product sold by Marketplace seller. (How to know which product sold by Marketplace seller? )
  • You can contact Power Buy Call Center at 1324 or send an email to [email protected] to return the product.
    • Our call center agent will assist you to process the return. Our call center agent will assess if your return is accepted as per the conditions above, and you will be requested to send a proof / picture of your product. If your return is accepted, your item will be picked up at your front door by our delivery partner.
  • You cannot return your product in Power Buy store.

Warranty

Terms and conditions for warranty are as follows:

  • A warranty varies by product and subject by manufacturers’ or  Supplier’s  or  Marketplace seller terms and condition.
  • Please check the details before placing an order.  Especially for Mobile, Tablet, Camera, Smart Technology, Gadget from Apple, Samsung and Sony brands. Please contact to Apple ICARE or Samsung Online service or Sony Service Tel. 02-715-6100 for your inquiry.
  • In case customer purchases Power Buy Extended Warranty. Please call 1324 to get privilege warranty service.
  • In the event of disputes or arguments, the company’s judgment shall be deemed final.
