A new adventure is about to begin. Nintendo Switch Game Console - OLED Model Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Edition with Limited pattern design. The front of the dock is white decorated with images of legendary Pokemon. Inspired by the iconic Poké Ball design on the back, the 7-inch OLED screen immerses you in vivid colors and sharp contrast so you can play anywhere.

	On the surface of the glossy white dock, the Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon are displayed in their respective version colors. The bottom-left side of the back of the dock has a Poké Ball motif.
A special illustration featuring the three Pokémon that you can choose as your first partner in the games, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, adorns the back of the system alongside symbols that appear throughout the games.
	The included Joy-Con controllers have the main colors of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet and are decorated with the respective crests of the schools from the games, Naranja Academy and Uva Academy.

ขั้นตอนวิธีการส่งเคลมสินค้า Nintendo กับศูนย์ Service

1. ติดต่อที่ Call center 021745600 (จันทร์-อาทิตย์ 09:00-18:00 น.)
2. เจ้าหน้าที่จะขอเช็ค Serial พร้อมใบเสร็จรับเงิน
3. เจ้าหน้าที่จะขอ Email เพื่อส่ง Google doc ให้ลูกค้ากรอกรายละเอียดในการรับสินค้าและส่งสินค้าคืน (ต้องเป็นที่อยู่เดียวกัน) โดยให้แนบหลักฐาน Upload เข้าระบบ
4. หลังจากกรอกเอกสารส่งเรียบร้อย จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์ ภายใน 3 วันทำการ เพื่อรับสินค้าเข้าศูนย์ Service
5. กรณีสินค้าเข้าเงื่อนไข ทั้งแบบมีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะโทรแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนที่จะเริ่มทำการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ของใหม่ให้กับสินค้า ในกรณีมีค่าใช้จ่าย ลูกค้าต้องทำการชำระเงินก่อน ทางศูนย์จึงจะดำเนินการขั้นตอนเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ให้กับสินค้า
6. เมื่อซ่อมเสร็จแล้วทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะมีการโทรแจ้งลูกค้าก่อน และนัดวันจัดส่งคืนสินค้า โดยจะต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขข้อ 3 เท่านั้น
