Home Service - Air-Conditioner Cleaning

• A coupon is valid 2 year after the date of purchase.

• The cleaning service is available 7 days a week (Monday – Sunday) including public holidays.

Additional Services (Extra charge applies.)
• Check the air-con system (electric circuit)
• Spray the ozone sanitizer *(anti-virus)
• Remove and install air-con’s water drainpipe*(optional)
(The service fee is based on the pipe’s length.)

• Service only wall-mounted air conditioners, size 9000-25000 BTU and reserves the right for risky areas in service.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers can purchase an air-con cleaning coupon at Power Buy counter service at all stores. Customers can schedule the date and time of the service by contacting our Call Center at 1324 during 08:00-22:00 seven days a week including public holidays. Power Buy will record the booking in to the system and call to remind customers or send an SMS to those who cannot be contacted by a phone call. Customer can purchase an air-con cleaning coupon at Power Buy store or on our website www.powerbuy.co.th or contact our Call Center.
- Customers can make a payment via bank transfer and send a proof of payment to [email protected] We will send an invoice to you once the payment is complete. We will call to alert customers about the booking as per the schedule. The service is available during 8.30am. – 7pm. seven days a week including public holidays.
- Only wall-mounted air conditioners between 9000 and 25000 BTU are serviced, and risky service locations are reserved.
Air-Con Cleaning Fee
The air-con cleaning fee starts at 620 THB per unit ,You can check the promotion price or request it at any time. inclusive of transportation fee within Bangkok.
No transportation fee for the first 1-50 km from Power Buy store to your home.
Over 50 km; additional charge of 10 THB per km.
Working Procedure and Exceptions
Air-Con Cleaning Service
• Clean the filter and cooling coil in room
• Clean the drainpipe and drain pan in the cooling coil
• Check the bearing lubrication of the fan
• Clean the condenser coil (outdoor unit)
• Check the cooling coil’s temperature and the electric system
• Check the air-con’s refrigerant level
• No cleaning service for a broken air-con or one with failure
• No cleaning service for a 4-way system air-con or air-cooled chiller
Home Service – Top Loader Washing Machine Cleaning

Working Procedure and Exceptions
• Remove stainless steel inner tank for cleaning
• (Remove detergent buildup and other residue)
• Clean the inlet hose filter and drain hose pipe
• Reinstall stainless steel inner tank in to the washing machine
• Check the bearing lubrication of the motor
• Clean the outer part of the washing machine
• Check the electric system, control panel and test the washing machine once the cleaning service is complete.
