Warranty Policy

  • Every item in Power Buy comes with manufacturer warranty. Your genuine product is warrantied against manufacture defects. Regardless you bought from online or in-store. You can claim by drop your items with proof of purchase at any Power Buy store nearby you. Or simply call 1324 for more information
  • If it is inoperable, we will exchange it for a new model or you can refund. Customers are eligible for return/replacement within 7 business days after receipt in case of manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery mishandling. Please send details and evidence (order document from Power Buy) to powerbuycontactcenter@powerbuy.co.th or contact our Call Center at 1324.
  • A warranty varies by product. Please check the details before placing an order. Especially for Mobile, Tablet, Camera, Smart Technology, Gadget from Apple, Samsung and Sony brands. Please contact to Apple ICAREor Samsung Online service or Sony Service Tel. 02-715-6100 for your inquiry.
  • A warranty is subject to manufacturers’ or supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • In case customer purchases Power Buy Extended Warranty. Please call 1324 to get privilege warranty service.
  • Power Buy reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement. (Conditions apply).
  • In the event of disputes or arguments, the company’s judgment shall be deemed final.

180 days Installation Warranty

  • We guarantee your satisfaction in our installation for 180 days. Customer is able to claim in case of the appliance is inoperable due to electric equipment and component i.e. electric wire, circuit breaker which installed by Power Buy Staff.   • The company reserves the right not cover defection from other suppliers’ installation.

  • In the event of disputes or arguments, the Company’s judgment shall be deemed final.
