Delivery & Collect
Power Buy customers will receive the order within 3 – 14 business days. The delivery duration varies by product category, delivery method and destination. We will start processing the delivery once the payment is complete (except for COD) or when the order is confirmed via e-mail or call from Power Buy staff. Please find details of our delivery service below:
- The order will be delivered by Kerry Express, be dispatched and arrive at the delivery address within 1 – 3 business days for Bangkok and perimeter area. It takes 3 – 5 business days for other provinces.
Kerry Express staff will contact customers by phone (given at the time of order) to confirm the time of delivery. Orders will be dispatched daily from Monday to Saturday during 9am.-5pm. Please note that our logistics partner does not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
Kerry Express staff will try to contact customers for 5 attempts. If unable to reach the customers, the order will be returned toour store without prior notice and customers will get a refund according to the refund policy.
Delivery Method and Fees
Standard Delivery and Cash On Delivery
- No delivery feeifthe order is 499THB or above.
- If the order is below 499THB, there will be a delivery fee of 79 THB for Bangkok and perimeter area (Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi and Pathumthani) and 99 THB for upcountry.
- If the order is placed and paid before 12pm. (noon), it will be delivered to the address given during 3-8pm (same day). However, if the order is placed after 12pm. (noon) it will be delivered on the next day.
- The delivery fee is 150 THB. Applicable on designated service area only.
Major Appliances and Items that Require Installation
- The delivery and installation of major appliances are arranged by Power Buy customer service and logistics team.
- The order will be dispatched and arrive at the address given within 3 - 5 business days for Bangkok and perimeter area. Our staff will contact customers by phone to confirm the date of delivery and installation.Please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery and installation in other provinces. Please note that the service is available forspecific areas and delivery fee is applied.

*The distance of delivery is calculated based on the distance from the nearest Power Buy branch to the delivery address. Additional delivery fee shall be paid in cash to the delivery staff who can issue a receipt for customers. To ensure that the address is in the delivery service zone, please contact our customer service 1324 before placing an order.
**Power Buy reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery address is out of service zone.
Other Terms and Conditions for Delivery
- If an order includes both small item and major appliance, Power Buy reserves the right to deliver the items by Power Buy logistics team.
- Change of delivery address is not permitted once the order is confirmed. Please enter the correct delivery address before placing an order.
- International shipment is currently not available. Delivery to remote areas including 3 southernmost provinces and islands may take longer, depending on situation in the area. However, we will try our best to maintain the service standard.
- The delivery of certain items may take longer than estimated time due to transfer process from manufacturer or distributor. This may cause a delay.
- The delivery period, excluding Sunday and public holidays, is based on the estimation of the logistics partner.
- The delivery service may vary, depending on the product. Please check the delivery policy before placing an order.
- An order including items with different delivery policies may arrive in separate shipments.
- Some delay in delivery during long holidays or festive seasons can be expected.
- Force majeure circumstances may cause delivery delay.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Click & Collect Service
- Customers can choose any Power Buy storenationwide to collect the merchandise. The merchandise will be delivered to the selected store within 2-7 business days after the payment is complete. (For Click & Reserve, the merchandise will be delivered after the purchase order is complete.
- An email with a self-pickup instruction and the detail of the selected branch will be emailed to customers. The available date and operating hours for merchandise pickup at each branch may vary.
- Change of the selected branch is not permitted once the merchandise arrives at the destination.
- Once the merchandise arrives at the selected branch, customers will receive an email or SMS notification to confirm the order. Please print/show the email or SMS to Power Buy staff at the selected store together with an original authorized identity document such as an ID. Card, driving license or passport.
- For Click & Collect, customers must collect the merchandise within 7business days after receiving an email or SMS notification. The company reserves the right to deliver the merchandise back to the warehouse after the indicated period.)
- For Pay in In-store service, customers must pay at the selected branch before collecting the order. Customers can receive or redeem The 1 Card points. The 1 Card point redemption of 800 points for 100 THB is applicable.
- Once the branch selected is successfully validated, the merchandise will be delivered for customers to collect.
- Click & Collect service does not include the product installation service. If customers would like this service, please contact our staff and pay the installation service fee at the selected branch.
- Click & Collect service is free of charge.
- The company reserves the right to change any terms & conditions without prior notice.

Causes of Shipping Delay
Probable causes of delay include:
- Inaccurate shipping address
- Inaccurate phone number
- Customer cannot be reached at the phone number provided.
- Recipient is not available at the scheduled date and time.
- Delivery address is not the same as stated in the order.
- Error in payment process
- Insufficient stock quantity
- Force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters or other acts of god
