    Our website will summarize and email an order confirmation informing how to collect your merchandise to the email address provided. The merchandise will be shipped to the selected store within - working days after the payment is completed. Once the merchandise is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS notification from Power Buy.

Terms & Conditions of Click & Collect Service

  • Click & Collect service is a self-pickup at a selected store of your choice. Customers can make an order on www.powerbuy.co.th and select one of the stores nationwide as the collecting point. The merchandise will be shipped to the selected store with - working days after the payment is completed.
  • Our system will send an email notification to the customers informing how to collect the merchandise. The available date and operating hours for merchandise pickup at each store may vary.
  • The company reserves the right not to allow any changes of the collecting point once the merchandise arrives at the selected store.
  • Customers will receive an email or SMS notification to confirm the order. Please print/show the email or SMS to Power Buy staff at the selected store together with an original authorized identity document such as an ID. Card, driving license or passport.
  • Customers must collect the merchandise within  days after receiving an email or SMS notification. (The company reserves the right to ship the merchandise back to the warehouse after the indicated period.) After the merchandise is inspected at the selected store, our staff will hand it over to the customers at Power Buy Click & Collect service station. Customers are required to sign a receipt form for future reference.
  • Click & Collect service does not include the merchandise installation service. If customers would like this service, please contact our staff at the selected branch.
  • Click & Collect service is free of charge. 
  • The company reserves the right to change any terms & conditions without prior notice. 

Terms and Conditions*

Power Buy customers shall receive the order within 3 – 14 working days. Shipping period varies by product category, delivery method and destination. We will start processing the delivery once the payment is complete (except for COD transactions) or when the order is confirmed via e-mail or call from Power Buy staff. Please find details of our delivery below:

 

Small Appliances

If Items available at warehouse

  • The order will be dispatched and arrive at the delivery address within 1 – 3 working days for Bangkok and perimeter areas. It takes 3 – 5 working days for other provinces.

If Items to be transferred from branch

  • The order will be dispatched and arrive at the delivery address within 3 - 5 working days for Bangkok and perimeter areas. It takes 7 - 14 working days for other provinces.

For both case, shipments are managed by Kerry Express, a staff will call to the number provided by customer at the time of order to confirm delivery time. Orders will be dispatched daily from Monday to Saturday during 9.00 – 17.00 Please note that our logistic partners do no operate on Sundays and public holidays.

Kerry Express staff will contact customer for delivery 5 attempts. If cannot reach customer, the product will be returned to store without prior notice and customer will get refund regarding refund policy below.

Delivery method and Fees

Standard Delivery and Cash on Delivery

  • Free of charge, when purchase 800 Baht or above.
  • In case below 800 Baht, customer will be charged 79 Baht for Bangkok and perimeter area (Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi and Pathumthani) and 99 Baht for upcountry area.

Express Delivery

  • In case, place and complete payment for your order before 12.00 PM. Your order will be delivered to your specified address during 3.00-8.00 PM. (same day). However, if the order is made after 12.00 PM., it will be delivered on the next day.
  • Service fee is 150 Baht. Applicable only service area

 

Major Appliances and items that require installation

  • Delivery and installation of major appliances are managed by Power Buy service and logistics team.
  • The order will be dispatched and arrive at the delivery address within 3 - 5 days for Bangkok and perimeter areas. Our staff will contact you by phone to confirm the date before delivery and installation takes place. Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery and installation in other provinces.   • *Distance of delivery is calculated based on the distance from nearest Power Buy branch to delivery address. Additional delivery fee shall be paid in cash to the delivery staff who can issue a receipt for extra fee for you. For ensure your address is in service fee zone, please contact our customer service 02-904-2000 before placing order.
  • **Power Buy reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery address is out of our service zone.

Other terms and conditions for delivery

  • If an order contains both small item and major appliance, Power Buy reserves the right to ship by Power Buy Logistics service.
  • Customer is not allowed to change delivery address once the order is placed in the system. Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address prior to making the order.
  • International shipment is not available at the moment. Delivery to remote areas such as to 3 southernmost provinces and islands may take longer depending on situation at the areas. However, we will try our best to maintain service standard.
  • Delivery of some items may take longer than mentioned above due to transfer process from manufacturer or distributor.
  • Delivery period above are only estimate and may subject to change, depending on circumstances of logistic service providers. The estimate does not include Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery service may vary depending on product. Please check the delivery policy before placing your order.
  • Order containing items that belong to different delivery policy may arrive in separate shipment.
  • Some delay in delivery during long holidays or festive seasons may be expected
  • Delivery may face some delay due to force majeure circumstances.

Click & Collect and Click & Reserve at Power Buy Store

  • Customers can choose any Power Buy store nationwide to collect the goods. The product will be delivered to the store within 2-7 days from the date and time the customer successfully completed transaction. (For Click & Reserve, parcel will be shipped after order completed).
  • The date/ time and details of each store will be indicated in the order confirm e-mail for the customer to know the basic information to collect. By this date and time will be determined according to the service of each store, the customer selected to collect the goods.
  • Customers can not change store to receive goods.
  • Once the product arrives at the store, the customer will receive e-mail/SMS to confirm the receipt at the store. Customers are required show the e-mail/SMS to Power Buy staff at store. You must also verify your identity by showing your government issued ID. One of the (Original only) ID card or, Driving License or Passport
  • For Click & Collect and Click & Reserve, customers must collect the goods at the store within 7 days. (From the date when customer received the SMS notification). The Company reserves the right to cancel that order and return item to stock and refund to customer if exceeded the keep time.
  • For Click & Reserve, customers must pay in-store where selected when checkout an order. Please check payment promotion with staff at store. Cash or Debit/Credit card are eligible. The Company reserves the right to NOT include any Credit Card On-Top Discount promotion.
  • For Click & Reserve, the customer cannot redeem The 1 Card point but point earning allowed. Nevertheless, customer can use The 1 Card point to extend installment period.
  • Any Gift Card or Gift Voucher cannot be used for Click & Reserve Service.
  • If the store is validated successfully. Power Buy will deliver the product to the customer at the service point and ready to be collected.
  • That orders placed for C&C do not include installation services. If installation is required please ask for this service instore.
  • Click & Collect service is free of charge.
  • Any Apple Brand products do not support Click & Reserve Service.
  • The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Cash on Delivery service

  • To use COD delivery, product price must be from 300 to 30,000 Baht. The item below 300 Baht is not applicable for COD service. Limit maximum total amount of purchase at 100,000 Baht per 1 receipt.
  • For any Apple Brand products, customers cannot use Cash on Delivery Service.
  • In case of installation-required item, please be noticed about delivery fee which may have extra charge (see above table). Customer could contact customer service 02-904-2000 for more information before making purchase.
  • Orders will be dispatched daily from Monday to Sunday. Please note that our logistic do not operate on public holidays.
  • Our staff will call to the number provided by customer at the time of order to confirm delivery time.
  • Customer could postpone 7 days delivery date from prior selected. However, the customer is not allowed to change delivery date by item. It needs to be all items in that order.
  • Customers can not change address to receive goods.
  • We accept cash only (please prepare exact change) on COD service. Company reserves the right to not accept any kinds of electronic payment, credit card payment.
  • Customer must pay before unpacking or receive installation service.
  • The items which already installed cannot be refunded.
  • In case item is manufacturer defected (after installation), customer cannot refund/exchange right at installation site but can make request to Power Buy staff/technician or customer center 02-904-2000, 8.00am. – 10.00pm. or powerbuycontactcenter@powerbuy.co.th After that, customer center will precede refund/exchange accordingly.   
  • In case item is manufacturer defected (after installation), Power Buy will not charge the delivery surcharge fee.
  • In case item is manufacturer defected (after installation) and within 7 exchange/refund period, Power Buy will refund for item price excluding delivery fee.
  • In case item is manufacturer defected (after installation) and within 7 exchange period. If customer would like to exchange item, Power Buy will exchange item without any delivery fee charge.  
  • International shipment is not available at the moment. Delivery to remote areas such as to 3 southernmost provinces (Pattani, Yala, Narathivat) and islands may take longer depending on situation at the areas. However, we will try our best to maintain service standard. And this applicable for small appliances only excluding any major/home appliances.
  • Delivery may face some delay due to force majeure circumstances.
  • Terms and conditions may subject to change without prior notice.

International Shipments

Currently, we do not provide shipments out of Thailand.

Causes of shipping delays

Probable cause of delay includes:

  • Inaccurate shipping address
  • Inaccurate phone number
  • Customer cannot be reached at the phone number provided
  • Recipient is not available at the scheduled period
  • Delivery address is not the same as stated in the order
  • Error in payment process
  • Insufficient stock quantity
  • Force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters or other acts of god

Product warranty Policy

Please check the warranty policy before placing your order because products are subject to different terms of warranty. Customers are eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of receipt if you received the item with manufacturing defect or damaged item due to improper handling during delivery. Exchange Policy

Request for replacement can be made within 7 days upon receiving the order without charges in the following cases:

  • Faulty item, size, or model
  • Defective item due to manufacturing defect or mishandling in delivery process (Customer is required to return the item with original packaging with associated items such as accessories and free gifts (if any) and send us proof of purchase, pictures of the item and confirmation document from the service center where the item is evaluated)
  • If there is a problem with major appliances or items installed by Power Buy such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, and washer within 7 days from delivery/installation date, Power Buy will send our technician to evaluate the problem. If it is found to be manufacturing defect, Power Buy will proceed with the claiming process for customer.
  • Exchange is allowed within 7 working days from receipt of product. We do not process exchange/return after that period.
  • We do not allow exchange/return due to change of mind or ordering of wrong item.

**If you would like to request for a replacement in case of defect or wrong order. You are required to return the item with original packaging, labels, other associated items and proof of purchase back to us for evaluation.
**Power Buy reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement.
**Power Buy reserves the right to process items with valid return reason and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refund can be processed in case of item unavailability of item or delivery service in some areas. Please find the terms and conditions of refunds below:

  • Refund will be made to your card in about 20 working days after confirmation from our service staff in case of credit card payments. However, the period may vary upon customer’s billing cycle.
  • Refund will be made to your bank account in about 30 working days for payments via internet banking, ATM, bank counter, COD after confirmation from our service staff.
  • Refund may subject to some delay in case of inevitable circumstances.
  • Terms and conditions may subject to change without prior notice.

Warranty Policy

Terms and conditions for warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty varies by product. Please check product details before making purchase.
  • Warranty is subject to manufacturer or supplier’s terms and conditions.

  • For product from Apple or Samsung, you can directly contact to Apple ICARE or Samsung Online service for your inquiry.
  • Power Buy reserves the right to evaluate the return before processing replacement (conditions apply).
  • In the event of disputes or arguments, the Company’s judgment shall be deemed final.
